New service: Multilingual website extraction and alignment

Have you found a bilingual website full of information that you want to reuse for a translation project? Terminotix now offers a service that allows you to leverage translations from online resources. Why not take full advantage of the Internet to boost your productivity? Simply send an email to Terminotix with your contact information and the website address. Please include “Website Extraction” in the subject line of your email. Our technical support team will extract the web files and align the pages using AlignFactory, our high-performance alignment engine. FREE Terminotix toolbar: additional resources now available!

In the December 2011 newsletter, Terminotix announced the addition of LogiTerm Web, WeBiText, and Linguee to our free toolbar, which already allowed searches in Termium and TransSearch directly from MS Word. We have further expanded the range of resources available through the toolbar to make your contextual and terminology searches even easier. Here are the new resources:

The Human Rights Council opts for Terminotix

The Human Rights Council is an intergovernmental body composed of 47 states and established by the UN General Assembly. New training course you don’t want to miss! The Computer toolbox for language professionals

Terminotix has just launched a new training course specifically developed for language professionals who want to maximize the use of their computer environment in order to achieve new heights in terms of efficiency. New application: Bilingual file splitter

Terminotix has developed an application that extracts the source and target texts from a bilingual document, producing two unilingual documents ready for alignment. Please note that LogiTerm is required to use this application.
