When launching a pretranslation, simply create a job glossary. This will mark in blue, within the pretranslated document, all terms for which a terminology record exists. <span class=\"Prod\">LogiTerm<\/span> will simultaneously create a file with the extension LEX.doc containing all the terms and their equivalents. This custom glossary only includes terms from your terminology database that appear in the document to be translated. If your collaborator doesn\u2019t have LogiTerm but has the LogiTerm toolbar in MS Word (sold separately), you can send only the LT.docx and LT.xml files.
