New version of our Terminotix Plug-in for Windows
We have made the following improvements to the latest version of the Terminotix Plug-In, 2.0:
- The text field to be translated at the top of the plugin can be resized to display the entire selection.
- New option that allows the automatic resizing of the text box based on the size of the text.
- New button allows access to Plug-In settings directly from the main interface.
- Added support for DeepL Glossary function. Enables the import of a tab-separated text file.
- Addition of a new tab to integrate OpenAI and ChatGPT. A prompt editor enables the customization of your AI results.

The full text feature is one of the many advantages offered by LogiTerm that cannot be found in any other translation software. The Full Text database is, in essence, a personal search engine that can search through all of your documents, irrespective of the language they're in or file type (PDF, Word, Excel, PPT, etc.) LogiTerm's Full Text database features two filter tiers to index only the documents that matter to you.
But what is it good for?
- If you work in a highly specific field such as law or science and have a solid database of relevant unilingual documents, you can verify the contextual usage of a term in a reliable corpus.
- Performing searches in unilingual glossaries in PDF or HTML format.
- Conducting searches for bilingual column documents such as legal texts.

- Finding documents of the same type or that have similar content.
- Obtaining pairs of documents to create single bitexts.

End of support for outdated versions
- Since the release of LogiTerm 6.2 earlier this fall, LogiTerm versions 5.9 and older are no longer supported.
- Versions of Windows 7 and older are no longer supported since October 1st.
- Support for Windows 2012 and Windows 2012 R2 ended on October 10 2023.
- Microsoft Office versions 2010 and older are no longer supported.
