Hyperlink editing in the LogiTrans Matches tool ◼ Dates, numbers, currency symbols and other symbols now automatically converted into target-language format when the original sentence is copied into the translation field ◼ Button to copy the URL of a term record into another record.
Version 6.2.1 of our flagship LogiTerm software is now available. This version offers the following new functions:
- Addition of a hyperlink editing function in the LogiTrans Matches tool.
- When editing a module, the Update box is checked if you remove a folder from the list.
- LogiTerm Web only: In Management -> Files, a button has been added allowing you to create Bitext and Full Text modules directly from a folder.
- For users with access to General Settings, there is a new LogiTerm Newsletter link at the bottom of the Management menu.
- Addition of a specific message when term records are moved using the terminology Cart.
- Placeables: In the LogiTrans Matches tool, when the original sentence is copied into the translation field (to serve as a template), certain identifiable parts of the original sentence (such as dates, numbers, currency symbols, etc.) are automatically transposed into the target language format. This function is available for FR -> EN and EN -> FR language pairs.
- Addition of a button to copy the URL from a term record in order to add it to another record.
- When a search is launched from a tab, it is added to the session search history (which you can view in the search field drop-down list).
- Search field keyboard synchronisation—when you type into the LogiTerm Client search field, the text you enter appears in the search field of the visible tab and the corresponding fields in all other active tabs. In addition, when you type into the search field in the visible tab, the LogiTerm Client search field and all other corresponding fields are synchronized.
- In the Terminology -> Create Records window, users can now create terminology entries directly in the Terminology tab rather than importing the Record Creation file.
- LogiTrans Matches tool: Under Options, the “Move to highlighted sentences only” check box has been replaced with a Navigation drop-down menu, with three possible values:
- All segments
- Highlighted segments
- Unhighlighted segments

New calendar with more options, such as grouping by project or user, monthly and weekly views in availability calendar; ability to automatically add project files to the resource task assignment email; ability to display tasks in chronological order based on the project deadline rather than the date assigned.
Version 5.9.0 of BridgeTerm Web is now available. It offers the following functions:
- In Workload, you can now display tasks in chronological order based on the project deadline.
- In the calendar, tasks can be sorted by deadline.
- Select all option added to Client -> Contact -> Cost Centres.
- Weekly and monthly views of resource availabilities can now be consulted.
- Resource availabilities can be entered over a longer period, and word count availabilities can be indicated.
- Addition of notifications for cancelled or deleted tasks.
- It is now possible to automatically attach a project file to task assignment emails.
- Additional calendar options:
- New view: Availabilities.
- Button in the calendar toolbar allowing you to access the new view.
- Configure settings for the view in Management / Configuration -> Settings -> General Display.
- Improvements to calendars:
- Correction of initial tooltip position.
- Ability to filter by security level in the Workload tab.
- Calendar filters are now sorted in alphabetical order (except the Security Level field, which is sorted by priority).
- Tasks that are still being distributed always appear in calendars.
- Improvements to the display and modification of availabilities:
- Management / Configuration -> Settings -> System Settings -> Default Availability – New User.
- Resource details.
- When a starting time is defined, the ending time must also be defined.
- It is now possible to enter “24” to indicate the end of a day.
- The number of weekly working hours can no longer be modified. It is now calculated based on the availability times entered.
- Buttons have been added to let you delete all entries in a line at once.
- Invoicing: Addition of an option to indicate whether or not a request is billable.
- Improvements to the Project Invoicing Approval page:
- New layout.
- The lines Sub-Project: 1 and Sub-Project: 2 have been replaced by boxes that show the sub-project details.
- Changes to rules for automatically applying a minimum price.

Update to Terminotix plugin for Windows: ChatGPT integration
We have made improvements to the latest version of the plugin (version 50):
- ChatGPT artificial intelligence can now be consulted from the plugin!
- Select your chosen text, then press Ctrl twice to consult ChatGPT. Want to generate a list of nouns in a paragraph in alphabetical order? Then generate a list of synonyms? With the help of AI prompts, anything is possible!
